Therapy should be a place where you can show up as you are—not as the person others expect you to be. I’ll meet you with openness, curiosity, and without judgment. I don’t have an agenda for who you should become, and I won’t sit across from you pretending to have all the answers. This is your time, and our work will be guided by what matters most to you.

Sometimes you may need a safe place to slow down, speak freely, and unpack what you’ve been carrying. At other times, you may feel ready to identify specific goals and begin making meaningful changes. Both are valuable. Therapy doesn’t always follow a straight line, but I do believe it should help you develop a clearer understanding of yourself, recognize what may be keeping you stuck, and find a way forward that feels authentic and attainable.

My approach is collaborative and tailored to you. I draw from cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, attachment theories, trauma-informed care, and more than 25 years of professional experience—but these are tools, not a formula. Together, we’ll decide what is useful for you. You are the expert on your own life; my role is to help you listen to yourself more clearly, recognize your own strength, and create the changes you want to see.
